Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refund requests, replacement claims, and delivery issues are handled on SteroidRxHub.com. By placing an order, you agree to the policy described below.

1. Eligibility for refunds

Due to the nature of performance enhancement products, refunds are only issued under specific conditions. Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  • Package lost in transit with no delivery confirmation
  • Package damaged during transport with valid photo proof
  • Wrong order received
  • Product leakage or broken vials with photo proof

Refunds are not provided for customer mistakes such as wrong address, late pickups, or order changes after dispatch.

2. No returns for pharmaceutical products

For safety reasons, performance products such as steroids, SARMs, peptides, and injectables cannot be returned once shipped. This ensures product integrity and protects all customers.

3. Lost or missing packages

Orders are eligible for a free reship or refund in the following situations:

  • Tracking shows no movement for 15 days for domestic orders
  • No delivery scan appears on the tracking page
  • Carrier confirms loss of the parcel

Once a package is confirmed delivered, refunds are not available.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos of the product issue
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will replace or refund the affected products after verifying the issue.

5. Address mistakes or delivery failure

SteroidRxHub is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
  • Failure to collect packages held by the carrier
  • Refused or returned packages

No refunds are provided for these cases.

6. Payment refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the same method used at checkout. Processing times depend on the method:

  • Crypto refunds are processed within 24 hours
  • Credit card refunds follow the bank processing time
  • E-transfer or wallet refunds are processed within 2 days

7. Order cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before payment confirmation or before packaging begins. Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellations cannot be approved.

8. Tracking and delivery confirmation

A package marked delivered by the carrier is considered completed. Customers should check:

  • Mailbox and parcel locker
  • Front door and porch area
  • Neighbors or building office

No refunds are issued for theft after delivery.
